We could also call it ‘taking care of us’ – but that seems a mouthful.  I’ve created a worksheet just for you with some examples on how to add more activities (or non-activities – you’ll see what I mean), into your daily rituals (or to even create daily rituals) that hopefully will help you declutter your mind, destress your mind and body and/or decrease the things in your life that aren’t aiding you and hopefully help show you how you can increase a whole lotta happy.
